Alot of the time, it doesn't hurt ...Yes and no. Alot of the time, it doesn't hurt - I just have to always be really careful to not strain it. But when I do strain it (consistently while sewing and house cleaning), I'm out pretty bad. Hard time moving, have to use heat pads, stay laying down alot, in ALOT of pain, etc. I've always had trouble with my back and have needed to go to a chiropractor for years, but either was in denial or couldn't afford it. Now that I have this ingury to my back, I'll eventually have to go to the chiropractor before too long.
